Donna Malone

Founder & Co-Owner

As the founder of M&W Cleaning Services, Donna has displayed her drive and discipline to provide quality cleaning services to those in the Greater Kansas area. We are thankful for the time, energy and talent she has put into building this company from the ground up and her continued commitment to helping the business grow and evolve.

Donna started M&W Cleaning in 2015 for her love of cleaning but underestimated the close connections she would make with the clients along the way. To this day Donna is grateful to serve her local community with her services and is humbled by the impact her company has had on her clients, coworkers, and most of all, her family.

Steven Malone

Steven Malone is truly someone who cares for the company in all aspects from making sure his clients are satisfied with their service to checking in with coworkers to assure their needs are met as well.


Steven Malone started his career with M&W Cleaning early on by helping his wife on weekends and summer breaks in high school. Steven has seen firsthand the potential of M&W and was honored with the opportunity to grow and expand the company.
